In all cases our clients are able to see stock levels
with reporting to help control your stock, as well as order history
and tracking. All this information is available to you on line

We offer two levels of
service to enable you to make the maximum amount of profit from
your orders. Both services include suitable packaging, inside and
out.
This is a basic service aimed at businesses or individuals with low
margin products, most probably B2C. Key features include:

will be allocated part numbers (ideally the same numbers
as you use) against which your stock will be recorded. |

You will email
your orders to us once a day (or less frequently for lower
volumes) and we guarantee that orders will be despatched
the following day. |

a packing note tailored to match your own documentation. |

On despatching
an order an automated email will be sent, which will include
the shipping details. |
This service is intended for clients who require more control over their stock
and more suited to B2B shipments. In addition to the features of the Silver
Service we offer:

in so that you can run a variety of order reports including
order history (with links to courier tracking where applicable). |

Your staff can
place your orders online - giving you full control of your
order processing. |

Orders, are
sent to our warehouse for picking every hour and will be
despatched on the same day. |

On processing
an order, an automated email can be sent to confirm that
the order is being processed and on despatching the order
an automated email will be sent with the order tracking details
to both you and your customer. |
